Martial arts, stuntmen and wrestlers use a thing called ‘Break-falls’. A youtube video might explain it, but the only real way to learn them is to go to martial arts training and learn them first hand, its all about moving the force and pressure of the hit into the ground so you don’t absorb all the shock of it but still get the feeling of it, if you understand me mate. anyway, good luck hurting yourself
Peace
